The special conditions of some concretes and the need to increase the abrasion resistance of the concrete, as well as to make the concrete impermeable and improve other parameters, necessitate the use of Microsilica. Meanwhile, because of the enforcement problems of powdered Microsilica, such as the large volume of Microsilica packets, the need for special storage, highly polluting the environment, harmful to the health of workers and engineers, lack of correct and complete uniformity in concrete, and too much waste and transportation problem, Super Silica Gel is needed.

Description

Super silica gel M2900 is a combination of super-lubricant based on Melamine + Microsilica, and according to the basic need of the design and concreting location, it is quick-setting or slow-setting concrete, which, while creating smoothness and proper performance, makes concrete impermeable to a significant extent.This material is the best alternative to the powder system, which completely solves its technical and operational problems.

Recommended Dosage

The exact amount of use is determined by the basic needs of the design and the materials found in construction, but the range of 5 to 8 percent by weight of cement is the best consumption amount.

Application

Add the specified amount of super silica gel to the concrete tank at the same time as the water enters. Avoid pouring this material on dry materials, as Super Silica Gel M2900 reacts in the presence of water.

This gel can be added to the ready concrete at the concreting site. For this purpose, add the gel to the concrete from the end valve of the mixer and turn the mixer for 5 minutes at a speed of 10 revolutions per minute.
