Today, with the increase in the volume of concreting and the rise of world standards, the basic need for high quality concrete is felt. Super Plast superplasticizer group is used to improve this and to obtain concrete with suitable performance in optimum and rational water/cement ratio.

Description

Modified naphthalene-formaldehyde based Super Plast N390 concrete super plasticezer improves many properties of concrete without this substance, causing easy movement of the concrete in the mold and between the rebars, smooth fluidity and efficiency, and minimizing vibration. This superplasticizer has no effect on the setting time of concrete. However, it can be delayed by adding a Retarder to it.

Recommended Dosage

The exact amount of use is determined by the basic needs of the design and materials involved in construction, but an amount of 0.6% to 2% by weight of cement is recommended.

 Application

In laboratory conditions; Dissolve the specified amount of Super Plast N390 in all of the specified water, pour it into the concrete and allow the mixing process to continue for two to three minutes.

In construction conditions; Add the specified amount of Super Plast N390 at the same time as the water entering the concrete, and if the concrete enters ready for construction, add Super Plast N390 from the end valve of the mixer and let the mixer rotate 90 - 100 times at high rotational state. Since Super Plast N390 performs all its chemical activity in the presence of water, avoid pouring this substance on dry materials.

This material does not contain toxic or dangerous substances and flammable materials, but in case of contact with the body, wash with water.
