Uses
High execution speed in slopes, as well as sufficient and reliable resistance in high-traffic floors, passages and roofs, lead us to type 1 foam concrete.
Description
This substance, with the abundant foam it produces in the water and cement environment, causes the cement mortar to expand and increase in volume, producing a solution called concrete foam with special properties that can be used on slopes and floors.
Advantages
- Suitable for the slope of high-traffic roads and roofs
- To increase the resistance, it can be used simultaneously with the water reducing resin according to the chemical structure of the foam.
- Being in harmony with nature and the environment, not containing any substances that pollute the environment (unlike protein foam, the foam has no effect on people.)
- It has the feature of adhesion with cement and plaster so that all kinds of joinery can be easily done on the concrete foam cover.
- It has the feature of insulation against heat, cold and sound.
- Great resistance to freezing and penetration of moisture and water.
- Fire resistance.
- It can be cut with simple tools.
- Reduction of concrete surface cracks.
Recommended Dosage
0.5 to 0.7 kg/m3, the amount of water and cement is determined by workshop tests.
